Shipping and handling fees are not negotiable.
Shipping options outside France:
- priority mail ("Paquet prioritaire international" - no insurance, no tracking number)
- tracked priority mail ("Paquet prioritaire international suivi" - no insurance, includes a tracking number)
- insured package ("Paquet prioritaire international recommandé" - includes a tracking number and a full insurance against loss or damage)
This insured package ("Paquet prioritaire international recommandé") is the only one that offers an insurance.
With free shipping, the order will be shipped via priority mail. Vivifromage cannot be held responsible if the goods are lost or damaged in transit if the buyer didn't choose the "insured package" option.
Please note that priority mail usually takes 4 to 15 days depending on where you live, but it may take up to 4 weeks.
Insured/tracked packages usually take less than 10 days to arrive, depending on where you live.
You can cancel an order up to 7 working days after delivery. You'll get refunded with a credit slip (within 30 days) excluding the original postage charges.
You must return the goods to Vivifromage at your own expense. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to Vivifromage, and this results in damage or deterioration, Vivifromage will charge me for the reduction in value.
This policy does not apply to the custom orders, which are exempt from the right to cancel.
