I made this skirt using black knit fabric for the waistband and black cotton fabric. It has a black muslin ruffle at the bottom. The sewn-in belt is made with printed cotton fabric. 
It is very versatile and it can fit on the waist or below the waist (low rise, for a skirt below the knee)... it can even be worn as a sleeveless top!

This gorgeous and unusual scarf was made out of  dark grey fabric with orange star, moon and sun print. Lined with black satin fabric. Beige decorative tassel in the center and small white tassels on the ends.
