I made this unique dress from a gently used black men suit. Paneled bust with small fake leather bow. Large open back. Double flutter sleeves. Sewn-in belt at the hips with decorative buttoned tabs. Pleated mini skirt.

This one of a kind dress was made from black knit fabric and turquoise blue fishscale mermaid printed lycra fabric for the yoke and band at the bottom. With cap sleeves.
