This flattering top was made from cream knit fabric with tiny gold dots and cream to plum ombre muslin fabric.

I made this skirt using black knit fabric for the waistband and black cotton fabric. It has a black muslin ruffle at the bottom. The sewn-in belt is made with printed cotton fabric. 
It is very versatile and it can fit on the waist or below the waist (low rise, for a skirt below the knee)... it can even be worn as a sleeveless top!
