This pretty mini skirt was made out of black double knit fabric and yellow/black striped double knit fabric. With side seams pockets. Decorative black ribbon wit metal eyelet.
Length: about 42cm / 16.5 inches. 

I made this skirt using black knit fabric for the waistband and black cotton fabric. It has a black muslin ruffle at the bottom. The sewn-in belt is made with printed cotton fabric. 
It is very versatile and it can fit on the waist or below the waist (low rise, for a skirt below the knee)... it can even be worn as a sleeveless top!
