Made out of an usual and stunning fabric with a black tulle net mesh base with small flat sequin shapes, large clear sequin discs and wine red muslin circles. Lined with black satin fabric. Elasticated high waist with silver belt.

I made this skirt using black knit fabric for the waistband and black cotton fabric. It has a black muslin ruffle at the bottom. The sewn-in belt is made with printed cotton fabric. 
It is very versatile and it can fit on the waist or below the waist (low rise, for a skirt below the knee)... it can even be worn as a sleeveless top!

This lovely dress was made from a gently used hot pink skirt with a khaki green and brown print and from a light pink tank top. It has plum lurex side panels and a lined brown lace insert at the waist.
