I made this unique dress from a gently used black men suit. Paneled bust with small fake leather bow. Large open back. Double flutter sleeves. Sewn-in belt at the hips with decorative buttoned tabs. Pleated mini skirt.

This gorgeous and unusual scarf was made out of royal blue fabric with a multicolored hibiscus flower print. Lined with lilac satin fabric. Lilac decorative tassel in the center and small neon green tassels on the ends.
