I made this skirt using black knit fabric for the waistband and black cotton fabric. It has a black muslin ruffle at the bottom. The sewn-in belt is made with printed cotton fabric. 
It is very versatile and it can fit on the waist or below the waist (low rise, for a skirt below the knee)... it can even be worn as a sleeveless top!

This retro inspired dress is made out of black cotton fabric with a multicolored print. With stretchy black panels for extra comfort and side zipper. Boat neckline with red decorative buttons. Black bias trimmed neckline and bottom.
